International Pilates Center

International Pilates Center is a Pilates studio in Charleston, SC. The studio provides individual sessions, group classes, and workshops to clients of all skill levels.

A classically trained ballerina and certified Romana’s Pilates instructor, Trout serves as a Level IV Teacher Trainer. The center offers private one-on-one instruction, duet and trio lessons, and open classes focusing on basic Pilates principles. Additionally, the studio provides the Romana's Pilates International Instructor Training Program, a comprehensive 600-hour program utilizing a structured, holistic approach to develop instructors.
