The 10,000-square-foot instructional facility provides a series of sessions spanning approximately 9 to 10 months. Participants work in small, intimate groups to learn the technical aspects of the craft, including tasting to select varietals, crushing and pressing grapes, racking, and bottling. The business utilizes specialized equipment, such as a crusher-destemmer machine and state-of-the-art hydraulic presses, to process grapes sourced from renowned growing regions in California, Italy, and Chile. Instructors certified by the American Wine Society provide guidance throughout the fermentation and aging stages.

The winemaking process includes selecting from a variety of red and white grapes, including single varietals or customized blends. After the grapes are crushed and pressed, the juice is transferred into 50-gallon wooden barrels for aging. The experience concludes with the bottling, capping, and labeling of the finished product, with yields ranging from 60 to 288 bottles depending on the quantity selected.
