He operates as an authorized factory in-home service provider for major brands such as Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, Frigidaire, GE, and Hotpoint, using guaranteed certified factory OEM parts. Feggestad diagnoses problems on the first visit, outlines repair options and part costs upfront, and often carries stock in his truck to complete repairs immediately. If parts must be ordered, he places the order from the customer’s home and provides an exact rescheduled time.

Feggestad grew up in Edgerton and has lived in southern Wisconsin his entire life, starting his own business to offer honest, transparent service. He refuses to recommend unnecessary repairs on old appliances and avoids the practice of endlessly replacing parts without proper diagnosis. The business serves the Lake Country area as of 2023 and responds to texts, emails, and calls as soon as possible. Technicians arrive in branded trucks and clean uniforms, respecting the customer’s time with scheduled appointment windows rather than vague time slots.

The business maintains a 5.00 rating from customers who have reviewed it, reflecting the trust built through decades of local service and transparent communication. Feggestad’s long history in the area and his commitment to honest assessments distinguish the service for residents seeking reliable appliance repair.
