Since 2003, this family-owned and operated business has focused entirely on pools, avoiding decks or house construction to refine its design, engineering, and scheduling processes. They manage the full build process from excavation to first swim, which typically runs 11 to 16 weeks. Their approach includes custom plans, 3D visuals, and site-specific engineering, allowing them to handle tight-access lots and hillside properties by over-engineering shells to sit level on grade. They install Hydrazzo and pebble interiors, glass tile, specialty mosaics, and concrete or paver decks. The company provides clear, itemized proposals after the first consultation, noting that most custom in-ground builds start in the low six figures.

Cascade Poolworks installs variable-speed pumps, cartridge and DE filters, gas heaters, electric heat pumps, and app-based automation systems. They offer LED and fiber-optic lighting, robotic cleaners, and durable finishes like exposed aggregate. Recent projects include a rectangular pool with a baja shelf and ipe decking on Mercer Island, a lap pool with a vanishing edge in Kirkland, a backyard pool with LED lighting in Edmonds, and a community pool upgrade on Bainbridge Island featuring an infinity edge and pebble finish. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured.

With over 50 years of combined experience among its team, Cascade Poolworks is known for its single-crew model that eliminates subcontracted guesswork and ensures consistent quality from raw dirt to final handover.
