Fearless Dance NW

Fearless Dance NW is a dance studio in Graham, WA. The studio serves children ages 3 to 18 in Graham, Puyallup, South Hill, Eatonville, and surrounding areas of Washington State. It is a non-competitive studio that offers education in ballet, jazz, hip hop, creative movement, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, tap, and ballroom dance. All classes are inclusive, and the studio provides a specialized Saturday class called Stars! for children with differing abilities. An indoor and outdoor preschool program runs Tuesday through Thursday from 9:30 to 12:00, focusing on social and emotional skill development.

The studio was founded by Miss Annie, who started the business after not finding what she wanted for her own children. The program is based on age appropriateness, allowing children to be kids rather than exposing them to costumes, music, or movement above their maturity level. Over the last seven years, the studio has focused on creating a place where children feel special and loved. The approach fosters a love of dance, builds confidence regardless of talent or skill, and teaches correct technique with proper safety practices. The team includes Shannon Kergan, who is pursuing a BA in Child Psychology and teaches the Fearless and Growing Class, Creative Movement, and Musical Theater. Kayleigh Halstedt is also part of the instructional staff.
