Recognizing that dual-income families often have work weeks and commutes stretching beyond 40 hours, Molly Maid works most commonly on a weekly or every-other-week schedule to give busy individuals and families clean, comfortable homes. Their work is backed by the Neighborly Done Right Promise. The company is also a proud member of the Neighborly community, a hub for home services. In 1996, the founders established the Ms. Molly Foundation, a non-profit organization that supports victims of domestic violence by increasing public awareness and providing assistance to local agencies in the communities they serve.

The business is located at 110 E Cary St Suite 100, on East Cary Street in downtown Richmond. It sits about 0.1 miles from East Main Street, Library Park, the Resource Workforce Center, and the Virginia Education Association office.
