Curtis Roadside & Towing is the public brand of Curtis Roadside, LLC, with its trucks and office located at 12412 J Rendon Rd, Burleson. The company specializes in flatbed towing for vehicles that cannot roll or should not be dragged, such as all-wheel-drive cars, lowered vehicles, and accident wrecks. The fleet is limited to two decks to ensure that the correct truck is assigned to each job. Dispatch provides the truck type and price before rolling out, and any extra work on scene is quoted before it begins. The business does not handle heavy-duty claims, wrecker services, or winch recovery. Consent tows are performed only, and customers are asked to bring claim numbers if they have them. If a unit exceeds the weight or wheelbase capacity of the assigned truck, the business declines the job before leaving the shop.

The company is known for its transparent pricing and straightforward dispatch process, maintaining a positive rating from the customers who have reviewed it. Curtis Roadside & Towing operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that assistance is available whenever a breakdown or accident occurs. The business emphasizes honesty in its operations, stating clearly when a job is outside its fleet capabilities and refusing to book such calls. This approach ensures that clients receive appropriate service for their specific vehicle needs without hidden costs or unnecessary delays.
