About Horry County Literacy Council Inc
Horry County Literacy Council Inc is a non-profit organization in Surfside Beach, SC. The organization strives to improve the literacy rate in Horry County by providing free, confidential, and individualized services to students ranging in age from 7 to 80 years old.
