Project Encephalon is a Restaurant in Rock Hill, SC. Notable offerings include the NeuroNovember Convention, the NeuroPiction Series, and the Quest Series 'AskSAC' podcast. The organization also launched The Tales of Neuroscience book through The Mind Gala.
