Lauren, who has wanted to own a gym since childhood, began training under her uncle Ric, who has coached gymnasts at State, Regional, Eastern, and National Championship levels. The academy supports gymnasts at various competitive levels, including the Firecrackers preschool team, pre-team, and Xcel Bronze through Level 10. Several gymnasts have earned college scholarships through the program. Coaching is provided by a team of specialized instructors, including a choreographer and head coaches in tumbling and trampoline and tumbling.
