High-profile NFL coaches including Mike Shanahan, Mike Holmgren, and Steve Mariucci have also spent time within the coaching staff. The program operates a series of camps including the All-American Bowl, Elite Camp, and Europe Camps. Over 600 alumni from the camps and bowl have gone on to play in the NFL, with 28 of 32 NFL teams having active alumni from the organization. The program holds the largest number of FBS Division 1 signees and offers a star system for ranking and evaluating player abilities. The All-American Bowl Week is a week-long series of events featuring awards dinners, press conferences, national tournaments, and youth games, where 80 of the top high school athletes across the country are invited to compete.
