Guests can access a variety of amenities, including three pools and two hot tub spas. The children’s area includes a splash pool, waterfall, and lazy river, while two additional swimming pools are located along an oceanfront tanning lawn. A small fitness center with cardio equipment and a weight station overlooks the indoor pool area and offers a view of the Atlantic. Dining is available at the award-winning Cypress Room, and the resort hosts onsite events. Free parking is provided for up to two vehicles per room or suite, with electric vehicle charging stations available on site. The garage does not accommodate vehicles over 6’9” or extra-long wheelbase trucks.
Reservations require guests to be 25 years or older. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. A credit card authorization is required upon check-in for incidental charges. All reservations must be guaranteed with a one-night prepayment. Cancellations made up to two weeks before arrival receive an 85% refund of the first-night deposit. Cancellations made two to 14 days before arrival allow the deposit to be applied to a future stay within one year. Cancellations within 48 hours result in forfeiture of the deposit. The resort does not offer an airport shuttle but can assist with transportation. Golf carts are prohibited, and smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas.
