William (Billy) Williams, a native of Cheraw, SC, entered the appraisal career in early 2002 as an apprentice at Appraisal Associates of Charleston before joining The Guerry Group later that year. He earned his Certified Residential license in 2004. Catherine A (Katie) Guerry joined the firm in 2009 after studying business and real estate at Clemson University and The College of Charleston, serving as an assistant to her father.
