Fitlife Charleston is a personal training studio in Mt Pleasant, SC. The studio provides personalized workout experiences through private personal training, as well as partner and group training sessions. The coaching team, led by co-owners Jake Costner and Taylor Simyak, brings over 10 years of combined experience to their fitness programming. Jake, a graduate of the University of SC Upstate with a degree in Corporate Fitness, utilizes his background in physical therapy-related training to emphasize proper body mechanics and safe exercise execution. Taylor, who studied exercise science at Kent State University and is certified through the National Personal Training Institute, brings extensive experience working with individuals of all abilities. The studio's approach is centered on providing informative, fun, and safe programs that are tailored to the specific goals of each client.
