Instruction includes the ancient art of Qi Gong for healing and conditioning, as well as Iron Palm training for hand conditioning and power. Sifu Saleem leads the academy, bringing a lineage that honors Grand Masters Lam Sai Wing, Tang Fong, and Leung Wah Chew. The academy also provides periodic seminars covering specialized weapons and Chinese Wrestling.
