Adrian Lee Strand, MD, MPH is a family practice physician in Johns Island, SC. As part of MUSC Health Primary Care, Dr. Strand provides comprehensive primary care services for the entire family, including new patient visits and virtual care options.

Dr. Strand is a board-certified physician with extensive expertise in caring for individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and linguistic backgrounds, as well as those managing multiple chronic medical conditions. Her clinical interests include adolescent medicine, geriatrics, migrant and global health, and the care of underserved populations. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and is proud to offer primary care services to the LGBT community. Her medical background includes training at the University of North Carolina and a residency at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.
