Originally from Wisconsin, Sippl earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, graduating in the top 10 percent, and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Long Island University with a 4.0 GPA. Her clinical background began with a focus on pregnancy and postpartum pelvic symptoms, where she utilized ultrasound therapy to treat clogged ducts and mastitis. This work led her to pursue her International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credential to provide deeper support for new mothers. Recognizing that many midlife women experience physical changes without adequate guidance, she expanded her training to include perimenopause, menopause, and osteoporosis support.

The practice addresses specific conditions including urinary and fecal incontinence, painful intercourse, diastasis recti, scar pain from cesarean or perineal procedures, and pelvic organ prolapse.
