Today, the shelves are full, the candles are always lit, and their three sons, Roman, Giovani, and Giuliano, work alongside their parents every night. The name Bocca means "mouth" in Italian, reflecting the restaurant's focus on feeding people with flavor, quality, and wholesome food, without fussy plating or pretense.
