In 1971, the store relocated to East Bay Street, where it remains today. The operation has been family-owned for three generations. George’s son, Tony, joined the business in 1974 after working there during his high school and college summers, and he now owns and operates the company. In 2010, Tony’s son, Trey, joined the team, making it a third-generation family business. Tony’s daughter, Sarah, also works at the store, contributing to a staff of qualified consultants and certified plumbing professionals who assist customers with project planning. The showroom features three redesigned spaces displaying working kitchen faucets and shower systems, and appointments are available for dedicated time with a consultant, though walk-ins are welcome.

The location sits on East Bay Street in historic downtown Charleston. It is about a mile from the Vanderhorst Mansion on Chapel Street and a short walk from the East Bay Street Station post office. The Liberty Tree memorial and the Susie Jackson Freedom Memorial Garden are also within a quarter-mile of the store. The business offers free parking for clients and is open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
