Jibe Cycling Charleston

Jibe Cycling Charleston is a cycling studio in Charleston, SC. The studio features Stages bikes and a sound system. It offers a signature 45-minute rhythmic ride that combines choreographed moves with cycling techniques. A 90-minute version of this ride is also available. Other classes include a 45-minute ride with heavy resistance and hand weights, a 45-minute cardio and strength training ride, a 45-minute HIIT class, and a 45-minute off-bike class for core strength and flexibility. The studio has women’s locker rooms with three showers and men’s locker rooms with two showers. Both locker rooms have secured lockers. Filtered water bottle filling stations are available. Pre and post workout energy aids can be purchased. Shoe rentals are offered. The bikes accommodate SPD clips. There is ample metered parking on either side of the building. A parking garage is directly across the street. The instructor team includes Hannah, Chesley, Kay, Catherine, Ali, Anna, and Kaitlyn.
