Charleston Leaders is a Leadership Development Organization in Charleston, SC, located at 176 Lockwood Dr. Its mission is to foster and develop leaders in the community through various programming focused on leadership development. She was a Sales Manager in the advertising department of The Post and Courier for 15 years. She was also the Senior Director of Sponsorship Sales for The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce prior to founding Charleston Leaders.

Tim Rogers serves as Board President and Managing Director of Charleston Stage. Trischia Khouri is the CEO and Founder of KhouriGroup, Emerging Technology Advisors. Kent Floyd is a professional in the HVAC industry. Michael Renault is a commercial banker. Jennifer Baez is part of the team.

The organization is situated on Lockwood Drive, just a tenth of a mile from the SCFOP Lodge #5 Police Memorial and the Charleston Department of Traffic & Transportation. It is also near Brittlebank Park and Gadsden Creek.
