Rob founded Balanced Wealth Management in 2015, where he serves as principal/managing partner and integrates investment planning, financial planning, and technology with the psychology of motivating people to reach their life and financial goals. Prior to BWM, Rob was with Randall Financial Group, where he led the financial planning and investment practice and helped to orchestrate Randall’s purchase of King Tax Planning of Uxbridge, Massachusetts. Rob served as a bond accountant with State Street Bank and worked for Northwestern Mutual, where he received New Representative of the Year honors and achieved Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status. A 1996 graduate of Providence College, with a degree in accountancy, Rob is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Rob was featured on WNAC-64 Television’s Money Pros program for four years as the financial planning pro. He also provided expert commentary on WPRO-AM 630 radio and WLNE-TV 6, among other news outlets. Rob continues to be a resource for local media regarding investments and financial planning. He currently co-hosts Retire with Balance at 11:30 pm Sunday mornings on Fox Providence and 10am Sunday mornings on CBS. He is also actively involved in his local community and is a volunteer youth basketball coach.

Liu is the Director of Research at Balanced Wealth Management, with duties including analyzing investment options and performances, as well as asset allocation strategies. As a Finance Professor at Providence College, Liu teaches undergraduate and graduate courses. Her research focuses on asset valuation, investments, corporate finance, and emerging markets. Liu earned her doctorate in finance from Old Dominion University. She has published widely in top academic journals and speaks regularly at local and international conferences. She also serves on the boards of several local and international organizations, including CFA Society Providence, WaterFire Providence, and Coastline EAP.

Will is a financial advisor at Balanced Wealth Management, having joined the firm in January 2025. Before entering the wealth management industry, he worked in his family’s business and later built a career as a music producer and sound engineer. Will holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Trinity College and studied abroad at the University of the Western Cape near Cape Town, South Africa.

Ted leads business development and community outreach at BWM. With over 30 years at Providence College, he held leadership roles in development, alumni relations, and career counseling. He also served for Rhode Island Hospital and LaSalle Academy.
