The region’s Bazan Red Land, characterized by red basalt soil, provides ideal growing conditions where rich volcanic soil and high elevation allow the coffee cherry to develop slowly and evenly. This process results in an exceptionally smooth and clean cup. The menu features traditional and modern Vietnamese drinks such as Cà Phê Sữa, Vietnamese Latte, and Phat Xỉu. Unique offerings include Egg Coffee, a take on a Hanoi specialty with creamy egg custard, and Salted Brûlée Cà Phê with torched brown sugar.

Food items include Bánh Mì and inspired dishes like longsilog, featuring housemade pork longganisa with tomato and pickled red onions. Beverages range from Honey Citron Tea and Ume Plum Tea to Gritty Matcha and Matcha Float. The roaster offers wholesale programs to help build coffee programs and menus for other businesses.
