Eddie Holt served six years in the U.S. Coast Guard and Army National Guard, earned a degree in Professional Writing from Fitchburg State University, and worked six years in general construction in Monterey and Pebble Beach, California before moving to Oregon in 1992. He then spent years as a facility manager for a chain of large fitness facilities with over 70,000 square feet of space and 10 pools and spas. Larissa Holt holds a degree in Liberal Arts from Linfield University and an A.A. in Art, has been a partner in the company since it was founded, and has over 14 years in the fitness industry. The company's team is trained, vetted and covered by workman's compensation insurance, and brings over 35 years of combined experience. Residential service options include weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time agreements, with tasks such as vacuuming the pool bottom, brushing waterline tile, skimming the surface, emptying skimmer and pump baskets, balancing water chemistry, backwashing filters and checking heater functionality. The company uses its own stand-alone vacuum system so dirt is removed rather than returned to the filter, and delivers chemicals free on regular service routes. Commercial work includes staff education, chemical management, leak repair, sand filter repair and replacement, deck mastic and sealant replacement, chloramine management, chemical pump service, and plumbing, filtration and automation. The business is located at 1001 S Bertelsen Rd in Springfield. Customers describe Eddie Holt as knowledgeable and honest, able to handle technically complex pools, and note that he does not push unnecessary products or chemicals.
