The business serves dog owners across Long Island and selected New York City areas, including Manhattan and Montauk. The training approach is hands-on and personal, working with both the dog and the owner to ensure long-term success through clear communication and consistent follow-through. The Board & Train program is a two-to-five-week structured course where the dog stays with the trainer. It includes a lesson on drop off and a follow up lesson at the owner’s discretion. The cost is the same regardless of whether the dog stays for two weeks or five. Dogs must be comfortable in a crate and at least 80% potty trained. Upon return, the owner receives a one-hour private lesson. The In-Home Training program includes four guaranteed lessons with a minimum of 20 minutes of homework each day. If the dog is learning slowly or being stubborn, additional lessons are provided at no cost, provided the homework is completed. Advanced training is available for graduates to strengthen communication and fine-tune skills. A Therapy Dog Course prepares owners and dogs for a therapy dog test, requiring the dog to be at least one year old and have completed a Diamond program. Boarding is available for dogs that have completed a Diamond training program, serving as a club for graduates who have passed a boarding evaluation. For puppies starting as young as 8 weeks old, food-based programs are available to build focus and prepare them for adult obedience. The business holds a 4.90 rating based on customer reviews.
