The space retains many original features, such as a 100-year-old bar with its original clock, refrigeration, and lighting, as well as a 1940s telephone booth. The Unicorn Ballroom, which has served as a roller rink and concert hall in the past, now hosts burlesque, live music, and other gatherings. The menu features an innovative program of cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer, alongside sandwiches and small bites designed to accommodate various dietary requirements, including low or no-sugar options and an in-depth non-alcoholic program.

Located on Foxhall Avenue, the bar is a short drive from the Hall Of Records and the Kingston Post Office. It is situated near the Central Fire Station and is close to the intersection of Broadway and Flatbush Avenue.
