The school keeps students informed about new rock camps and classes through a newsletter.

Notable events include the first-ever Sleepaway Song Camp for Adults, held over three days and nights at a mid-century motor lodge in Hillsdale, NY. Campers enjoyed music, nature, workshops, and community. At check-in, participants drew song prompts from a fishbowl to finish a song by the end of the camp. Prompts included writing a song that mentions a tube sock, a green nightgown, and missing Honda keys, or writing a true story told backwards. Other prompts involved writing a prescription for oneself or a song set in a forest with an escalator. The school also hosts rock camp shows, including camps themed around Rage Against the Machine and The Go-Go’s.
