La Familia Medical Center

La Familia Medical Center is a medical clinic in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The organization serves more than 15,000 individuals through nearly 54,000 annual visits, meaning one in ten individuals in Santa Fe County is a patient of La Familia. The center offers patient support services, including assistance with Medicaid enrollment, appointment scheduling, and connections to community resources such as housing assistance and food pantries. Services are available bilingually in-clinic, by phone, and in community settings, with fees offered on a sliding scale based on family size and income.

Located on Alto Street, the clinic is a short walk from the Santa Fe River and is near the Santa Fe County Human Resources and Santa Fe County Senior Services offices. The location is also situated close to a post office.
