Cherry Hill Free Clinic is a medical clinic in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. It provides free, quality primary care to the uninsured and underinsured residents of New Jersey. The clinic serves adults age 18 and older, offering adult primary care, chronic disease management, prescription refills, and monitoring for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, and thyroid conditions. Services also include wellness exams, annual checkups, and preventive care such as mammograms, colon cancer screening, skin cancer screening, prostate cancer screening, lung cancer screening, and cervical cancer screening. The clinic provides work and school physicals. Specialty care includes cardiology, physical therapy, rheumatology, nutrition consults, social work, and mental health therapy. The clinic is a nonprofit 501C3 charity organization with no billing system or cash register, ensuring that all services, including labs and imaging covered through strategic partnerships with neighboring healthcare systems, are completely free to patients.

The clinic opened its doors in April 2017 and has since served over 10,000 patients. In 2025, the clinic recorded 8,315 clinical encounters and treated 2,646 unique patients, representing a 33 percent increase in encounters and a 16.5 percent increase in unique patients compared to 2024. The team is volunteer-powered, led by Jubril Oyeyemi, MD, who serves as Founder and Chief Medical Officer, and Mostafa Eldasher, the Chief Mission Officer. Farah Roomi, MD, is the Assistant Medical Director, and Shimuna Afroja, MPH, manages clinical operations. Katherine Nguyen, RN, serves as Director of Nursing. The Board of Directors includes local philanthropists and health equity leaders, with Suzanne Ghee serving as Chair and Tarun Kapoor, MD, MBA, as Vice President. The clinic is known for its strong local reputation, reflected in consistently high customer ratings, and maintains a steady record of repeat and referred customers.
