Dakota Party Rentals

Dakota Party Rentals is a Party Rental in Minot, ND. The business provides bounce houses, water inflatables, inflatable games, and uninflated yard games for birthdays, block parties, town celebrations, corporate events, school functions, and church functions. They serve all of North Central North Dakota and offer trained attendants to supervise bounce houses. Standard rentals are four hours long. Free delivery and setup are included within 10 miles of Minot. Outside that radius, setup and tear down are included but a delivery fee applies. Customers booking two or more bounce houses receive a 5% discount. The business holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews.

Setup requires a clear path at least 4 feet wide and a 20 amp circuit for each blower. The setup area must be within 50 feet of the power outlet. If power is not available, a generator with a minimum of 3500 watts is required. The business rents generators for this purpose. Inflatables can be set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, concrete, or indoors. Additional fees apply for dirt, asphalt, concrete, and indoor setups because sandbags are required to secure the inflatables. The business does not set up on rocks, gravel, or similar surfaces. Drivers arrive 1 to 3 hours before the rental time to set up, so the customer receives the full four-hour rental period. Setup and tear down times are not included in the rental duration.

The business is fully insured. If a customer cancels prior to the driver leaving Minot, they receive a refund of the total less the deposit and a raincheck good for 1 year from the event date. If the driver has left Minot, the full amount is charged. The company calls the week prior to the event to confirm details. For park setups, customers should reserve their spot early as parks are first come, first serve and often lack electricity. The business accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo or Cashapp. Drivers do not carry cash, so customers paying by cash must have exact change.

Dakota Party Rentals maintains a perfect 5.00 rating from its customers, reflecting reliable service for events across North Central North Dakota.

The company brings safe, supervised fun to Minot and the surrounding region with a focus on clear communication and professional setup.
