Speakeasy Pilates is a Pilates studio in Lexington, VA. Founded in 2019 by instructor Jessie Knadler, the studio operates out of a former gambling den in downtown Lexington. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Knadler brings eighteen years of experience in mat and apparatus Pilates to her practice. Her approach integrates traditional Pilates principles with modern movement science to identify movement imbalances and design individualized programs. In addition to studio instruction, Knadler provides specialized Pilates training to professional baseball players in the Cleveland Guardians organization.
