The winery is situated on 36 acres of rolling pasture and woodland in Lexington, NC, an area identified as the homeland of the Keyauwee Tribe of Indians. The property is bordered by Highway 150, also known as the Old Waxhaw Indian Trading Trail, and Indian Grave Creek. Legend states that accent tribes buried their dead in the banks of the stream, and arrowheads can still be found when working the soil. The winery offers a full line of award-winning vitis vinifera wines and many fruit blends. Winemaker Darlene Gabbard has created and produced a unique line of green tea wines, celebrated for being uniquely refreshing and innovative. The business is dedicated to producing clean, natural Olde World Style wines. These products are distributed throughout the state in grocery stores and wine shops and are shipped nationwide. Tastings are available Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Customers may pick any six wines for their tasting.
