The structure includes arrival routines, learning centers, small-group instruction, whole-group activities, outdoor play, meals, and reflection time. The curriculum centers on hands-on learning, where children explore materials, ask questions, create, and build alongside classmates. This approach fosters development in mathematical and scientific thinking, social and emotional skills, and language and literacy abilities. Small class sizes allow teachers to move easily among students, listening, guiding, and responding in real time to create a calm and connected environment.

They work with educators and parents to create customized support plans, conduct developmental assessments, and provide social-emotional guidance. The team also assists with Individualized Education Plan evaluations and participates in meetings to help families understand the process. Parent and caregiver involvement is viewed as a partnership, supported by the Parent Advisory Committee, which allows families to share ideas and provide feedback.
