This focus on craft and care underpins the shop’s philosophy and research, and it guides the selection of beans and the development of their seasonal offerings. Ember’s commitment to quality is reinforced by a family‑run ethos that began with the founders’ shared passion for coffee.

Ember’s reputation for consistently smooth, low‑acid coffee and its award‑winning status make it a standout coffee shop in Elk River, offering the community a reliable source of thoughtfully roasted beans and related coffee experiences.
