It holds a rating of 4.70 based on customer reviews.

Willow Tree Vineyard and Winery, LLC is family owned and operated. Established in 2003 by Jim and Barb Szurek, the winery began as a retirement hobby before growing into a family business, with Jim and Barb running the operation alongside their son and his family and a circle of friends who have helped along the way. The farm itself has been in the family for over 48 years. It is a small, boutique-style operation that grows more than an acre of cold-climate grapes, with the wine made and sold only on site. The outdoor grounds are offered for private rentals, giving guests complete access to the property for their events.

The winery sits about a mile from Pinger's Plaza Park and roughly 1.1 miles from Lions Park, with Ham Lake City Hall just over a mile to the northeast. Crosstown Boulevard runs nearby in both its NE and NW stretches, and Ham Lake itself is within two miles of the property.

The business has built its reputation on the warm reception of its customers, who consistently speak well of the owners and the wine itself. As a small family-run winery operating just north of the Twin Cities, Willow Tree Winery of Anoka brings a personal, hands-on approach to winemaking in the Anoka area.
