The facility provides all-inclusive boarding stays with three room types, four daily potty breaks, and personalized activities tailored to each dog’s needs. All dogs participate in scheduled 30-minute off-leash runs in the regulated dog park, followed by group play in yards or one-on-one snuggle time in indoor lofts. Boarding guests, known as Star Buddies, receive scheduled runs at 10am and return to their cabins around 12pm for lunch and a nap if they bring a meal. Cabins are equipped with automatic water systems, and staff refill water bowls throughout the day to ensure fresh water is available. The facility accommodates dogs in all weather conditions, using indoor spaces and an arena when it is too hot or cold to be outside.

Grooming services, described as Stylist to the Stars, focus on positive pampering for all canine grooming needs. The business encourages visitors to create a DSR Portal to schedule their first visit and offers a Virtual Waitlist for pickups outside of office hours. Sunday departures must be prescheduled during open office hours. The cancellation policy allows free cancellation up to 24 hours ahead of arrival, with specific terms for no-shows and holiday periods.
