The team, led by Mai, brings seven years of experience in dog care, including two years of excellence on Rover, time managing doggy playgroups, and volunteer work with rescue dogs. The facility uses veterinary-grade Rescue™ disinfectant, which kills pathogens like parvovirus and kennel cough within one minute, is safe for pets, and breaks down into water and oxygen. Playgroups are size-specific to ensure comfort, and the environment is designed with small and medium dogs in mind, including appropriately sized equipment and cozy spaces.

Hachiko House is located on Rockville Pike, behind the Original Pancake House and 5.11 clinic, within a short distance of Towne Road, Pediatric Urgent Care, FedEx Office, and Twinbrook Parkway. Its proximity to these landmarks places it in a well-connected area of Rockville, accessible from major roads and nearby medical and postal services.

The business is known for its dedication to the well-being of small and medium dogs, its use of safe, effective disinfection methods, and its personalized approach to care. The strong reputation reflected in its perfect rating underscores its reliability and commitment to creating a safe, enriching space for pets.
