Classes run on a published schedule, with makeup days on Fridays from 6pm to 9:15pm, and students who cannot attend a makeup date are asked to notify the instructor onsite so arrangements can be made for the following dates. When Baltimore City or County schools close for inclement weather, all locations close as well and class resumes when it is safe outside. Registration is handled in person or online, classes are filled first-come, first-served, and payment can be made by money order, check, Cash App, or Zelle. Student records are held for three years from the class start date, as required by MVA regulations, and then safely discarded.

The Lansdowne location sits on Lansdowne Rd, about 0.2 miles from Washington Boulevard and 0.3 miles from South Caton Avenue. Willow Grove Park is about half a mile away, as is the Lansdowne Volunteer Firemens Association Number 1 Station 36, and Tesst College of Technology - Baltimore is roughly 0.6 miles from the school.
