The Ri stage represents a level of independence where the student progresses through self-discovery. Classes are structured to support growth, with instructors providing encouragement and feedback to help students improve their skills.

The dojo provides family classes where parents and children train together, as well as adult tuition for those aged 16 and older. Training sessions cover warm-ups, stretching, technique, combinations, sparring, and self-defence drills.
