White Squirrel Brewery is a brewery in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The brewery produces 8bbl batches, totaling approximately 2,000 pints per brew day, using the freshest available ingredients. The establishment maintains a 4.60 rating.

Co-owners Sean and Brian joined forces in 2021 to revitalize the brand, eventually purchasing Gasper Brewing Company in March 2023. The brewery operates out of a 10,000 square foot warehouse location that has undergone extensive renovation to house both the brewery and the bar space. Under the direction of Master Brewer Nash Davis, the team focuses on perfecting original White Squirrel recipes and continuously refining processes to ensure high quality and efficiency. The brewery maintains a strict commitment to standards, opting to discard any batch that does not meet their requirements.

Located on State St, the brewery is a short drive from the RiverWalk and is situated near the Graves Gilbert Clinic and The Medical Center at Bowling Green.
