Westfield Cyclesports

Westfield Cyclesports is a sporting goods store in Westfield, IN, operating as a bicycle shop carrying Trek and Specialized bicycles along with several other brands. The store serves cyclists in Westfield, Carmel, Noblesville, Zionsville, and the north side of Indianapolis. Its inventory includes electric bicycles, road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, cruisers, kids bikes, and city bikes drawn from Trek, Specialized, Scott, Vaast, Niner, KHS, and Jamis. The on-site repair department handles everything from flat tires to full overhauls and custom bike builds, and the store also sells bicycle accessories and apparel.

The shop frames its work around a stated objective of helping customers fuel their passion for cycling, guided by six internal principles: having fun, over-delivering on customer interactions, being transparent, taking responsibility for mistakes, building relationships rather than sacrificing a rider's best interests for profit, and going out of its way to spare customers inconvenience. Sales and service are offered alongside Specialized Turbo electric pedal-assist bicycles. Customers can reach the store by phone at 317-867-4422 or by fax at 317-867-2220, and the business maintains a presence on Facebook and Instagram.

The store sits on Market Court, just off North Meridian Street about a tenth of a mile away. Westfield Schools and the Westfield Public Library are each roughly a third of a mile from the shop, while Riverview Health Westfield Hospital and the YMCA are about half a mile out. West Main Street runs nearby at a similar distance.

Westfield Cyclesports holds a rating of 4.50 from the customers who have reviewed it, a positive mark for a local shop serving riders across the northern Indianapolis suburbs.
