Lebamoff’s family has a long history in the industry, including his father Tom, who worked in restaurants for 40 years, and his grandfather Steve Gouloff, who owned The Paramount Grill. During the renovation, the owners preserved many original hardware store fixtures, including a freight elevator, an NCR cash register, original hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, and a tin ceiling. Lebamoff has described the venue as a museum that happens to have a kitchen in it.
