Guys Who Clean of Savoy

Guys Who Clean is a pressure washing company in Savoy, IL, located at 511 Rebecca Dr. They operate out of Champaign, Urbana, and Savoy, providing house exterior cleaning services to residential and commercial properties. The company holds a 5.00 rating based on customer reviews.

The business offers a comprehensive suite of exterior maintenance services, including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and maintenance, siding cleaning, window cleaning, concrete cleaning, and wood cleaning and restoration. For roof care, they use a soft wash technique to remove algae, mildew, lichens, and moss, a method approved by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association. This process helps maintain roof lifespan and prevents warranty voids caused by cyanobacteria accumulation. Siding cleaning utilizes soft washing with specific detergents and dwell times to avoid the damage high pressure can cause to siding, insulation, and underlying structures.

Gutter services include cleaning, inspections, and the installation of stainless steel and anodized aluminum gutter guards. The installation follows a six-step process: inspecting for debris, deep cleaning gutters and downspouts, repairing problem areas with hidden brackets, sealing corners, and installing the guards. The company guarantees that solid debris will not enter the gutters and offers free cleaning of the guards for as long as the customer owns them. Window cleaning uses soft cloth scrubbers, rubber squeegees, and microfiber towels, along with specialized machines for frames and screens. Staff wear shoe coverings or white socks indoors and move furniture to protect belongings. The owner visits every job site to ensure quality standards.

Concrete cleaning combines soft and power washing to kill organic spores in micropores, followed by the application of a permanent penetrating sealer to protect against winter salts and prevent spalling. Wood cleaning involves deck stripping, brightening, and staining using low-pressure biodegradable cleaners to avoid splintering. They specialize in mold remediation for composite decks and offer transparent sealers with a minimum two-year guarantee on flat surfaces and four years on vertical surfaces. Additionally, Guys Who Clean is a local dealer for Trimlight, a permanent LED lighting system controlled via an app, offering professional installation and a lifetime product warranty on core components.

The business is recognized for its high customer satisfaction and detailed, science-based cleaning approaches. Their commitment to using approved methods and high-quality equipment ensures long-lasting results for home exteriors.

Guys Who Clean combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer satisfaction to deliver superior exterior cleaning and maintenance services in Savoy.
