The Naperville location provides a free Perfect Fit Zone fitting experience designed to help customers run pain-free and improve performance. The process begins with a consultation about fitness goals, typical mileage, and physical discomforts. Customers then undergo a video gait and stride analysis to observe movement both standing and in motion. A Fit Finder 3D foot scanner, powered by Footbalance, captures precise measurements of size, length, width, arch height, instep, and heel width in seconds. Fit Experts use this data to recommend shoes from a wide selection of brands and widths, ensuring a match without sales pressure. The fitting also includes the on-the-spot heat-molding of custom insoles to the exact contours of the feet. Every fitting is backed by a 90-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee, allowing customers to test their shoes, socks, and insoles with the option to exchange or receive a refund if they are not the right fit.

The store actively supports the local running community by hosting race packet pickups, high school team nights, group runs, and in-store fitness events. It has donated millions to communities through shoes for those in need, sponsorships for high school teams, and support for disabled athletes. Customers can join the VIP Family for cash-back rewards, free shipping, and access to competitive pricing on gear. The store encourages runners to explore routes along the Naperville Riverwalk and the DuPage River Trail.
