Carol, the photographer behind Today Everlasting Photography, has been taking pictures since she was old enough to use a camera, starting with a little 110 mm model. Her passion for photography grew alongside her family life; she notes that one of her favorite parts of becoming a mother was having two little girls who loved being in front of the camera as much as she loved hiding behind it. Her approach to family portraits emphasizes capturing real relationships and authentic moments rather than just smiles and poses. She understands that many moms feel self-critical about their appearance in photos, but her goal is to capture the love and uniqueness of each family. For newborn sessions, she aims to preserve the quiet moments and tiny details of the early days, which pass quickly. Her maternity portraits focus on the glow and emotional connection of pregnancy, telling the story of anticipation and joy before everything changes.
