Under Miss Niki's direction, the studio teaches elements of dance technique and performance, engaging students in performance opportunities while encouraging the development of character, positive self-awareness, a sense of community, and life and leadership skills. The studio aims to enrich the lives of each student at every age by nurturing dancers' physical and mental health and developing creativity, athleticism, and artistry. Miss Niki began dancing at the studio in the early 1980s at age three, continued through high school on the Trinity and St. Patrick High Schools Dance Teams, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Theatre. Classes are held from 7am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends.

The studio is located on Conti Parkway in the Elmwood Park Circle.
