SORCE is a leadership development platform founded by Jessica Corbin, Kristi Britto, and Lisa May to reimagine how organizations create value by building regeneratively rather than extractively. The organization addresses the human energy crisis by equipping individuals and organizations to understand, manage, and renew energy as a measurable resource. Through a combination of nervous system science, data, and embodied practice, SORCE supports a shift from extractive ways of working toward systems that sustain performance, clarity, and long-term health. The core premise is that life is designed to thrive, and when individuals reconnect to themselves, the effects extend outward to reshape teams and organizations.

A central component of their approach is energetic literacy, defined as the ability to understand, manage, and renew energy in oneself, in relationships, and in work. SORCE uses tools like Heart Rate Variability to make energy visible and actionable, aiming to restore resilience and deepen connection. The Practice serves as a global community for regenerative leaders, offering a disciplined space to examine how leaders metabolize pressure and how their energy shapes the systems they influence. Members engage in global leadership dialogue and accountable peer exchange to align energy, judgment, and strategy.

The team includes pioneers in regenerative business, data-science, system architecture, neuroscience, and technology. Members bring over 20 years of executive leadership experience and a decade of work in science-based human performance and leadership transformation. The group includes former executives from companies such as IKEA, Unilever, Sony, eHarmony, and SupplyFrame, with expertise in engineering, data analytics, and machine learning. The founders collectively hold 35+ years of leadership in innovation and systems transformation, including founding MISTA and leading innovation at Givaudan. SORCE was founded to establish Energetic Literacy as a core capability of modern leadership, believing that when individuals reconnect to themselves, the effects extend outward to reshape teams and organizations.

SORCE stands among the strongest in its category locally.
