Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility is a correctional facility in Banning, CA. The facility is the largest correctional facility for the Riverside County Sheriff and houses several Corrections Division programs, including the Supervised Electronic Confinement Program, Work Release Program, and the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment program.
