Owner Mike Leavitt and his wife Kim started the family-owned and operated company with a goal to provide honest, affordable, and professional cleaning backed by quality and care. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, the business has grown from a single van to a three-van operation, allowing for same-day and emergency service availability. They use powerful truck-mounted equipment that sprays 230°F water at 300 PSI to sanitize and rinse carpets, followed by powerful suction to remove water, dirt, and residue. Their process includes using rotary or counter-rotating brushes to break loose soil and pet hair from deep within fibers. They use non-toxic, eco-friendly, and soap-free solutions that are safe for families and pets.

The company targets heavy stains and traffic lanes with powerful degreasers and odor eliminators. For pet-related issues, they use professional odor eliminators and brush systems to lift pet hair and contaminants. They clean couches, chairs, sectionals, and area rugs, extending the life of rugs while refreshing colors and softness. Their flood water extraction services handle everything from minor leaks to major floods, using professional-grade equipment that is safe for carpets, pads, and subfloors. They examine carpets for stains, pet damage, and wear to customize their approach. Annual cleanings are recommended to reduce allergens and extend flooring life, with carpets typically drying within 24 hours or just a few hours in warm Idaho summers.
