1ACT Driving Schools

1ACT Driving Schools is a driving school in Suwanee, GA, with an office at 377 W Pike St. Founded in 2011 and formerly known as 1 ACT DUI & Defensive Driving School, the school operates seven locations around the Atlanta metro area and runs DDS-certified courses in Behind-the-Wheel lessons, DUI Risk Reduction, Defensive Driving, Joshua's Law Drivers Education, and on-site Road Testing. The Suwanee-area office is part of a school whose website reports 1200+ five-star reviews across its locations. The school teaches road rules, safe driving in traffic, and collision-avoidance techniques through certified instructors, and serves a range of students from first-time DUI offenders needing the 20-hour Georgia course to teens working toward their license. For students under 18, the curriculum follows Georgia DDS requirements: a 30-hour Driver's Education course paired with a minimum of six hours of Behind-the-Wheel lessons, with stricter Behind-the-Wheel requirements for 16-year-olds. Road Tests can be scheduled at the student's convenience, and the school provides separate pricing for students who bundle a test with driving lessons versus those who have already completed classes. Classes run Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm and on weekends from 8am to 6pm. Students can register, call 770-274-4223, or text 404-590-4570 to get started.
